Oooops.... Sorry for not writing in a while! I
just never thought of it / didn't feel like it at
the time.
Everytime BA sees me, he makes some reference to
me not going out with him. Poor guy.
Exams start tomorrow, but I don't have any the
first day, so it's a three day weekend.
<whoooooo!> I'm OK with most of math (except
for slope, which I DO NOT get); english, once I
review it once more; french I'm gonna bomb; science
I'll do OK in; and geography I migh pass, but not
well. I hate geography. It's all memory work, and I
happened to have been blessed with the worst memory
in recent history <g>. It's all memorising
place names, regions (clamatic, physiological, ect)
and rivers/islands/lakes/ponds/streams/puddles
throught Canada. If you've ever looked at a map of
Canada, you'll have noticed the great mass of
islands in the north, more to the west, and a few
in the east, as well as the rivers and lakes which
riddle the terrain made bumpy in some places by
mountains great and small, and smooth with prarie
in others. Many of the major Ontarien cities are
clumped together in one place, and are hard to
differentiate between.
What a nice couple of run-on sentances, eh?
I've decided to go into competitive soccer in
the spring, rather than recreational. This means
that I'll be on a team representing my city, with
people who really want to play soccer, instead of
playing withing it, representing my team colour,
playing for "fun" wth a bunch of whimps. (Assuming,
of course, that I make it, but I think I'm pretty
good. <g>)
I've been trying to figure out C++, and so far
so good, but I can't get arrays to work. The book
doesn't explain them very well. What the hell do
you use them for, anyways? I don't get it.
Yoou know what my jackass dad went and did? He
got us in debt again. A couple of years ago when my
mom's mother died, we inherited a big wad of cash
and payed them all off our bills, and my dad swore
he'd "never get us into that kind of mess again".
So what happened? He went, without even
tellingmy mom, and screwed us. So now we
have no money. Just dandy.
